It Takes a Village for Black Families to thrive. We are partnering with various organizations in our village to support our Soulful Healthy Living Program. Beginning in December 2021, African Heritage, Inc.  presents a series of episodes on Soulful Healthy Living. This virtual mini-series features how to prepare healthy vegan healthy living. One of the episodes will feature how to make soul food using healthy alternatives and seasoning that are still tasty. The episodes will feature both local and chefs that specialize in healthy foods. This program will provide curated videos that AHI can use to continue to teach people in this region how to make healthy soul food and others from expert cultural representatives.
